SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us on www.chakri-thespinningart.com (“Website”) and (referred to as “Chakri-The Spinning Art”). Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. The Delivery of your product shall be governed by this Policy
a) Once the customer has successfully placed an order for a product on the Website, the same shall be dispatched within 2-3 working days, however this may be slightly increased depending on the shipping address of the Customer. The order can be tracked from the ‘Track My Order’ section on the Website/Application.
c) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with Us.
d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
e) For transit safety purpose products may be shipped separately.
f) We suggest that you should give full and complete address with proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. Such type of charges and penalties shall be borne by you and not Us to the courier company.
g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
i) We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address.
j) If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss.
k) You agree that you solely will be responsible and in no way shall We be held responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
m) The Delivery shall be done by the partners of the Website/Application and they shall work to provide you the same at the earliest.
n) The Customer shall not be entitled to return the product to the delivery person in the event that he/she wants to return the product. The process of return and exchange shall be governed by our return and refund policy. The Delivery shall be deemed to be completed once the delivery partner has intimated the Company that the product has been delivered successfully on the required address.

If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, etc the refund is processed.
1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he shall have to return the product to the manufacturer, however the return shall be considered valid only if:
a) The Product shipped is wrong. The print quality may vary as it depends on the base material and cartridge which is not 100% accurate every time. It will not count in wrong product. However,you can return it within 7 days from the date for delivery if there is a major tonal difference;
b) The quality of the Product is different from that mentioned on the Website; and
c) When the quantity of the goods delivered is not the same as stated earlier.
2. Non Replacement Category or Products/Items which will not be replaced:
a) If the product/item is/are send back to us prior any permission granted or instructions given to you by our team.
b) If the price tag is removed or cut which is attached to the product/item, removal or loss of price tag will not be considered for replacements.
c) If the product/item which is/are worn, washed, used, altered or modified shall not be replaced in any condition whatsoever.
3. We regret to inform you that if the original packaging, price tag and the original product any one from this is lost, you do not qualify for any replacement/exchange of product/item.
4. Helpful and prior steps to be used on returns:
a) If you have any problem or doubt related to the product/item it is recommended to mail first on firstname.lastname@example.org
b) Report your problem within 24hours of receiving the product/item in question and not after usage of the product/item.
c) After reporting your problem or consulting, our team will verify your problem and get back to you.
d) Our team will intimate to you if it is required to send back the product/item. Do not send back the product/item to us until and unless you are instructed to do so.
e) No credits or replacement shall be given if the product/item is/are sent back to us prior any permission or instructions given to you by our team.
f) Always report any or all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time.
g) It is suggested to be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returns will be examined by our team as related to your complain. And after examining/identifying if it falls in to the category of non-replacement then we regret to replace the product/item.
h) If a return confirmation is received to you from our team; please dispatch the product/item within 7 working days with original packaging & in original condition with the copy of the invoice you received.
i) On receiving confirmation for return from our side always return your product/item using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization mail.
j) After receiving our return authorization mail safe delivery to us is your responsibility. We will not be able to help you in case if the package doesn’t get delivered to us.
